Built using sienna brown pressure-treated lumber, the deck blends seamlessly with the townhome’s exterior while offering long-lasting durability. The rich, earthy tone of the wood complements the natural surroundings, providing a warm and inviting space perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
To maximize both privacy and comfort, we installed two custom privacy panels, one on each side of the deck. These panels not only provide seclusion from neighbors but also help create a cozy, sheltered feel—like a personal outdoor oasis right outside your back door.

One of the standout features of this build is the custom railing system, designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. We included blocked-in lower sections to keep the homeowner’s small dogs safe and secure while still maintaining airflow and visibility. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds peace of mind without sacrificing style.
